Kind of works, but not near well enough for a purchased item. was the default female voice and this one should be more talky, right? There must be easier and cheaper way.Īlmost forgot to mention, I understand A.S.T.R.A. Searching my e-mail doesn't even get me anywhere. I'm not made of money really want to find the download link again. Which only leads to me purchasing the same pack again. Seeing as my account page only indicates both of those purchases from earlier this morning and they only link back to their own individual store pages. Getting straight to the point, I like to know where the download page is. Yet, I'd like to try this for while, since I'd think I can switch it off anytime I need to. Since, I consider looking through them while trying fly as about as bad as using a mobile phone while driving a car. Seriously, I only need this requesting to dock or for verbal confirmation of anything thing on the holo-menus on either side of me. Yet, they may atrophy if I do this indefinitely. I'm not sure, I'm willing to completely depend on my voice to fly a ship & have it take over completely take over from my hands. might have the same problem, but I'm really concerned about Orion, since I'm really eager to have some voice control of ship or at least try it. This amounts to Orion refusing to install. & Orion for Elite Dangerous and they did not download correctly. Items in red I consider to be fairly glaring errors and I welcome any constructive input and/or corrections.Hello, I'm knew to this forum & find myself asking a question here because I have just purchased A.S.T.R.A. Items in red I consider to be fairly glaring errors and I welcome any constructive input and/or corrections. Harder to read but conserves paper and ink. I do wish Frontier had been more consistent when they created the Controls page in the first place but, you can download the list here:ĮDIT: I managed to get it down to 11 pages by removing a bunch of extra line breaks. The type is very small because, since I was breaking the pages up to group different categories of controls together on their respective pages it became difficult to conserve paper. This is a first draft, I have only just printed it out to go through and re-edit the descriptions. I also tried to make the descriptions a bit more consistent with each other i.e.: I attempted to make give similar controls similar descriptions. Where I could figure it out I made the corrections to the descriptions. I tried to correct some of them for instance, there are a couple that are described as X/Y axis controls when they clearly (from their labels) control only the X or the Y axis. and frustrated so I copied all of the control bindings and descriptions out of Elite Dangerous Options>Controls and created an Excel spreadsheet mapping all of the descriptions with the controls. I mean, some of these controls have duplicate descriptions even though they clearly control different things. Another problem is that (b) whoever was in charge of creating these descriptions was high as a kite when it was done. I can only select one control binding at a time in Options>Controls and so can only see one control description at a time. in Elite Dangerous is that (a) there is not a single, all-in-one-place list of descriptions for all of the control bindings (at least, I haven't seen one). Part of the trouble with trying to effectively bind keyboard keys, joystick axes, etc.
